The downlight range spans round and square apertures, fixed and adjustable optics, slim and deep-recessed housings, and trimless variants for plaster-in ceilings. Wattages typically run from 3W accent fittings to 40W high-output units, with delivered lumen packages and photometric distributions published on every product page.
Downlights are the workhorse of commercial lighting schemes — offices, hospitality, retail, healthcare and residential projects. Colour temperature, CRI, beam angle, bezel finish and driver type can all be specified to order.

What is the difference between a recessed and a trimless downlight?
A recessed downlight sits in the ceiling with a visible bezel around the aperture. A trimless downlight is plastered into the ceiling so no bezel is visible, giving a flush, seamless finish. Arcade Lighting manufactures both.
What beam angle should I choose for a downlight?
Narrow beams (15-24 degrees) suit accent and display lighting or high ceilings; medium beams (36 degrees) suit general task areas; wide beams (60 degrees and above) suit even ambient washing of a space. Beam angle options are listed on each product page.
